I’m a qualified and registered Counsellor, Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner.
I work with clients who want to heal the root causes of their challenges and break free from feeling stuck.
I help my clients process experiences, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop greater calm, confidence, and clarity in their relationships, careers, and overall life.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, valued, and supported-leaving each session feeling less overwhelmed, more empowered, and ready to embrace your authentic self.
